  绿叶菜最易萎蔫损失维生素,且室温存放增加亚硝酸盐含量,所以最好3天内吃完。将其用软纸包上,装在食品塑料袋里放入冷藏室,注意不要贴近冰箱内壁,避免受冻伤。豆角、茄子、青椒、胡萝卜、白萝卜等蔬菜用软纸包一层,放进塑料保鲜袋里,可以在阴凉处存3~5天。洋葱、土豆、大白菜之类耐储性较好,可在凉爽室温下存放2周以上,但要注意土豆如果不避光冷藏,变青发芽后会产生毒素龙葵碱。 (@中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院副教授范志红)
